1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for used, damaged, or altered products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used or worn
- Items damaged due to improper use or handling
- Products without original packaging
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will verify and arrange return pickup (if applicable)
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to:
- Original payment method, or
- Bank account (in case of COD orders)
5. Replacement Policy
- If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we offer free replacement.
- Report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be chargeable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
