At Phlexmotion, we ensure that our customers receive high-quality orthopedic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for used, damaged, or altered products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or worn
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling
  • Products without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at [your email / WhatsApp number] with your order ID and reason for return
  • Our team will verify and arrange return pickup (if applicable)

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Bank account (in case of COD orders)

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we offer free replacement.
  • Report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be chargeable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
